By registering for this event, all participants (or parents & guardians) acknowledge and agree to the following:

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of South Bay Table Tennis and USATT. In the event of a dispute, I will accept the decision of the tournament organizers as final. I also agree to absolve South Bay Table Tennis, USATT, and any of the tournament sponsors and personnel from any claims or demands for loss, damage or injury to my person (my child’s person) or property. I understand that during the stated event, group and individual photographs and/or filming will be undertaken. I give South Bay Table Tennis permission to use photographs of me (my child) for possible inclusion in its publications, website and other publicity material.
