Our group training classes are designed to help beginners and intermediate level players improve their table tennis skills. Participants will learn the rules of the game, forehand and backhand strokes, the basics of spin, proper footwork, how to serve and how to receive serves, as well as techniques to improve consistency, accuracy, speed and power.
Most classes are 60 minutes in length, and generally conducted on a single table. Our coaches will demonstrate proper technique, and use multi-ball training, shadow practice, and ball machine exercises. To get the most out of group training we recommend arriving early to stretch / warm up, and if possible stay after each class to practice and or play matches.
